Collin Callahan

Communications Strategist

Collin Callahan is the communications strategist for Pacific Legal Foundation’s property rights practice. He works to promote PLF’s principles and bolster the Constitution’s protections for private property.

He first came to PLF in 2016 as a member of the media relations team, working closely with members of the media across the country to bring attention to the important work PLF does to promote and protect individual liberty. After leaving for a two-year stint as an aviation magazine editor, he returned to PLF in 2024.

Collin is passionate about the right of individuals to use their property to satisfy their dreams and ambitions. He believes that property rights are foundational to all of our other constitutional rights. Some highlights from his time at PLF include sharing the stories of homeowners taking back home equity that was stolen from them, farmers being able to make productive use of their fields, and business owners overcoming barriers to engage in their trade.

Collin resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter, and he holds a BA in public relations from California Baptist University. In his spare time, he enjoys homebrewing beer and (slowly) renovating his home.
